What an incredible charity night we had at The Clifton Hotel, Lytham last Saturday. We were asked to play for the Brian House Christmas Charity Ball (The Tinkerbell Ball).
We have played quite a few weddings at the Clifton Hotel over the years, it’s an amazing hotel with a rich local Lytham history. It is used by the Hollywood elite during the Lytham Golf Championships, I believe Tom Cruise has a soft spot for the place!
The Black tie event started at 7pm, shortly followed by a gorgeous looking Christmas dinner. The wine and champagne was flowing and we were set to begin our first set after the raffle (top price was a trip for two to Barbados by the way! – nice). We performed 2 sets until 12pm and DJ’d until the end of the evening at about 12.30am. I always say this, but the guests make the night and they didn’t disappoint at this event. Everyone was really up for a good time and constantly on the dance floor right up until the end of the evening. It was lovely to see such effort put into an event for such an important charity, the Brian House Children’s Hospice.
The Clifton Arms hotel is also the perfect wedding venue Lytham if your thinking about tying the knot anytime soon 🙂
