"Chris, Paul and Andy recently performed a storming gig for my wife′s birthday bash at Jack′s Bistro in St Annes. As usual they tore the place down, delivering a blistering set of cracking songs that had everyone in a party mood from the opening number to the full-on finale when we were dancing on the tables. We were delighted (of course) but not at all surprised, as the very high standards we've come to expect from the Keytars over the years seem to be surpassed every time we see them. They were brilliant last year when performing at my birthday do (also at Jack′s) and I′m confident they′ll deliver the goods again in August when they′ll be playing at my niece′s wedding. Whenever they have played at a private function of ours we get rave reviews about them from our friends for weeks afterwards. The lads have great personalities which shine through when performing – even if they are playing a cover. They are all accomplished musicians individually and are really tight as a group, they can all sing very well (and harmonise) and their enthusiasm and enjoyment for playing is so infectious I defy anyone not to dance while they are playing. They do have a great time performing but they are also very professional and take great care to ensure your function (birthday, anniversary or wedding etc) is a complete success. Their kit, instruments and PA are all top-notch, too, and they possess a comprehensive repertoire of songs to satisfy the most demanding of setlists. Last thing: if anyone reading this has been scouring the internet and is dithering about which band to book for their private function then stop looking now! Why? Because your search is over. I′ve seen hundreds of performers over the years and in the Keytars, I guarantee you have found a really kick-ass band that offer a sensational party night and who are also great value for money. What′s more, they are thoroughly nice guys too. Makes you bloody sick:)"

After finishing his University Degree in Fine Art, he started performing professionally, with Paul , in a duo called Silhouette, which took them off to Crete for 2 summer seasons at Thomson Holiday's new resort , Sensatori.
